Multiposting is entering a vacancy once and automatically publishing it to multiple job boards, social channels and your own website at the same time — including taking it down as soon as the vacancy is filled. It is built into most ATSs or available as an integration.
Multiposting in practice
The immediate gain is input time, but the structural gain is measurability: if every publication automatically carries a source tag, you can see per channel how many candidates, interviews and placements it produces. That turns the annual debate over job-board budgets into a calculation instead of a gut feeling.
When setting it up, watch the quality per channel (titles and salary fields differ per board) and the automatic take-down — a filled vacancy that stays online for days costs candidate trust. Multiposting is step three in our recruitment automation playbook.
