Managed IT

Outsource your IT management to one dedicated point of contact.

Stop firefighting and juggling separate suppliers. We manage your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment proactively: users, devices, security, backups and support — for a fixed, predictable monthly fee.

From reactive to proactive

Good IT goes unnoticed. Bad IT costs you time and patience every week.

At many growing businesses, IT has been left behind somewhere along the way: a former colleague who "knew a bit about it", scattered subscriptions, no overview of who has access to what, and action only once something breaks. We turn that around. We take your entire working environment under management, monitor it proactively and act as your dedicated point of contact — so your team can simply get on with their work and you don't have to worry about the technology underneath.

From assessment to worry-free management.

01

We map your systems, licences, access and bottlenecks — often finding quick wins straight away.

02

We close security gaps, clean up old accounts and set up management and monitoring properly.

03

Managing

We become your dedicated point of contact: support for your team and proactive monitoring in the background.

04

Optimising

We keep improving — costs, security and everyday experience — as your organisation grows.

Why RiverFlows

Not a classic helpdesk, but a partner.

Proactive, not reactive

We don't wait for something to break. With monitoring we catch problems before they affect you.

Platform-independent

Microsoft or Google — we choose what suits you and can migrate between the two. No sales pitch.

Built to grow

We set up your IT so it scales with you. What we put in place today still works when you have twice as many people.

Trust & ownership

How we handle your environment and access.

Outsourcing management means giving someone access to your entire digital workplace. That's why we agree up front how we handle it — and everything stays yours.

Agreed up front

Your tenant, your data, your documentation

No lock-in and no constructions: you can always move on without hassle — with us, or without us.

  • A data processing agreement is a standard part of the engagement
  • MFA on all admin accounts
  • Least privilege: we only get the access the work requires
  • Everything stays in your tenant — we move nothing to our own environment
  • Documentation and access remain your property
  • If we part ways, we hand over cleanly and in full

Timing

Good moments to sort out your IT management.

Handing over management can happen any time, but at some points it simply makes more practical sense.

You've outgrown your current provider

What began as "someone who knew a bit about it" or a small administrator no longer fits your size. A handover is then a natural moment to document everything and get it all in order at once.

Your IT colleague is leaving

The colleague who did IT "on the side" is moving on. You want to transfer knowledge and access before that person leaves — it saves months of reconstructing things afterwards.

An incident in your sector gets you thinking

A hacked peer or a wave of phishing is a good moment to have MFA, backups and permissions sorted structurally rather than ad hoc.

You're growing faster than your setup

New employees, an extra location or an acquisition. The sooner onboarding and permissions are standardised, the less work every next growth step takes.

Often combined

Management works best alongside these.

Frequently asked questions about IT management

What you'll want to know about outsourcing.

What does outsourcing IT management cost?

We work with a fixed monthly fee per user. As a guide price for 2026: roughly €40 to €90 per user per month, depending on the number of devices, the complexity of your environment, your security requirements and the support level — software licences are billed separately on top of that. This makes your IT costs predictable and you don't pay per incident. After a short assessment we give you a fixed price. You can read how that guide price is built up in our article on the cost of IT management.

Do you manage both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. We are platform-independent and manage both fully: users, permissions, security, devices and support. We give you honest advice on which platform suits your organisation.

What is included in the IT management?

User and permission management, onboarding and offboarding, device management (Intune/MDM), security (MFA, policies, monitoring), backups, updates and patch management, domain and email management, and a helpdesk for your team.

Can you take over management from our current IT provider?

Yes. We do a clean handover: we map your environment, take over access and documentation, and resolve any outstanding issues — without interruption for your team.

How quickly do you respond to problems?

We work proactively: we catch many problems with monitoring before they affect you. For support we work with clear response times, which we set out in a service agreement.

Am I locked in with you?

No. Your environment runs in your own tenant, licences are in your name, and documentation and access remain your property. There is no technical lock-in: we'd rather keep you with good work than with a construction.

What happens if we part ways?

Then we hand everything over cleanly. Because everything is in your tenant and the documentation is yours, a next provider or your own IT person can pick up straight away. We go through the access together, transfer the admin accounts and leave an up-to-date description of your environment behind.
