Dashboarding & BI

A Power BI dashboard built that never lies.

One screen with every number that matters — sales, finance, operations and inventory, connected to your systems in real time. We build it in Power BI or Looker Studio, and it refreshes itself.

From scattered spreadsheets to one source of truth

Your numbers are everywhere. Except in one place everyone trusts.

Sales looks in the CRM, finance in the accounting system, operations in an Excel file that's updated by hand every month. Nobody is looking at the same figures, and the monthly report takes half a day of copy-and-paste. We connect your sources and build one live dashboard where everything comes together — refreshed automatically, with definitions everyone agrees on.

Curious what that looks like? We built an interactive live cockpit demo where you can see eight dashboards running in real time.

What you get

A dashboard that works for every department.

How we build it

From data sources to a live dashboard.

01

Connect sources

We connect your CRM, accounting, webshop and email via APIs. Set up once, automatic after that.

02

Model the data

We bring everything into one data model with clean definitions — one source of truth per KPI.

03

Build the dashboard

We design a clear dashboard per role that shows you at a glance how you're doing.

04

Live & maintained

The dashboard refreshes itself. We extend and optimise it as your questions change.

Why RiverFlows

We don't just connect data, we understand your operation.

Real time, not last week

Sources refresh automatically. You're looking at where things stand right now, not at a report from last Monday.

One source of truth

Every department looks at the same, unambiguous definitions. No more arguments over who has the right number.

Connected to your whole stack

Because we also handle your IT, migrations and integrations, the dashboard slots seamlessly into your systems.

Explore further

A dashboard is only as good as the data beneath it.

Timing

Good moments to have your dashboard built.

A dashboard is worthwhile at any time, but at certain moments it pays for itself just that bit faster.

The budget round or annual planning is coming up

Planning on current figures works better than on an Excel file that's three weeks old. With a dashboard live before the round, you have the conversation about choices instead of about whose number is right.

The monthly report takes days every month

If someone spends days each month exporting, cutting and pasting, the maths is quick: a dashboard that refreshes itself pays for itself within months.

An investor or bank wants to see numbers

A new investor, a funding round or the bank asking for reports: that's when you want to be able to show current, consistent figures at any moment — not a hand-made overview once a quarter.

Your systems have just been sorted out

After a migration or new integrations, your data is finally clean and connected. The perfect moment to turn it into one source of truth before the scattered spreadsheets creep back.

Frequently asked questions about dashboards

What you'll want to know before you commission a build.

What does a Power BI dashboard cost?

As a rough guide: a simple dashboard on a single data source costs €3,000 to €8,000. If you bring several sources together into one data model — CRM, accounting, webshop — expect €8,000 to €20,000. Enterprise-grade custom work with many sources, roles and forecasting starts at €20,000. We always work with a fixed project price up front, with an optional monthly fee for maintenance and refreshes. Our knowledge base article What does a Power BI dashboard cost? explains exactly what drives the price.

How long does it take to build a dashboard?

A first working dashboard is often ready within one to three weeks, depending on how clean your data is and how many sources we connect. We deliver in iterations, so you have something usable in hand quickly.

Which sources can you connect?

Almost anything with an API or database: CRM (such as HubSpot or Salesforce), accounting (such as Moneybird or Exact), webshop (Shopify, WooCommerce), Excel/Google Sheets, project tools and more. We bring separate sources together into one data model.

Power BI or Looker Studio — which is better?

Both are good; it depends on your situation. Power BI is strong for deeper models and the Microsoft stack; Looker Studio is lightweight, free and great for marketing and web data. We advise based on your sources, budget and requirements.

Does the dashboard work in real time and do you maintain it?

Yes. The data sources are refreshed automatically, so your dashboard is always up to date. We can also manage the dashboard on an ongoing basis and extend it as your questions change.
