Hugo does the migrations, integrations and dashboards himself — you work directly with the person who builds it. No account manager in between, no handover to a delivery team: whoever makes the plan also carries it out.

Week 1–2 · Analysis

Mapping your environment

We take stock of users, licences, permissions and devices, and walk through with you what's causing friction now and what's running well.

Week 3–4 · Structure

A plan with a fixed price

You get a concrete setup proposal: structure, security policy and the order in which we tackle it — with a fixed project price up front.

Week 5–7 · Implementation

Cleaning up and tightening

MFA and policies switched on, permissions and groups cleaned up, backups and updates sorted. Your team notices as little as possible along the way.

Week 8 onwards · Management

A fixed point of contact

The documentation is in place, support is running and we monitor your environment proactively — for a fixed monthly fee. Your tenant, your data: everything stays yours.

Hands-on experience

We run our own e-commerce too.

Alongside our consulting arm, we set up and run our own e-commerce activities. That means we understand not only the technology, but also the day-to-day operation, growth and commercial processes behind it.
