We work with a fixed monthly fee per user, so your costs are predictable and you don't pay per incident. Am I locked in with you?

No. It's your tenant, your data and your documentation — you always keep admin access to your own environment. We never build anything that only we can manage, so you can continue on your own or with another provider at any time.

What happens if we part ways?

Then we hand over properly. Your tenant and the documentation we maintained are yours; we walk through the handover together with you or your new administrator and then remove our own access. No lock-in and no withheld passwords.

Do you also optimise our licence costs?

Yes, that's a fixed part of the management. We regularly review which licences are actually used, clean up duplicate and unused licences and make sure heavier licences only sit with people who genuinely need the functionality.

Do you also manage Google Workspace?

Yes. We manage both platforms in full and advise honestly which platform suits your organisation. If you're unsure whether to switch, we also handle the migration — in both directions, with a test round and a rollback option.

Can you take over the management of our existing tenant?

Yes. We start with an intake of your tenant: licences, security settings, admin roles and open issues. Then we get the basics in order and take over the ongoing management, without any interruption for your team.
