What agencies ask us up front.

Which ATS systems can you connect?

Virtually any ATS with an API or webhooks — including Bullhorn, Carerix, Otys and Recruitee. We connect the ATS to your email, time tracking, invoicing and accounting, so a placement only has to be entered in one place.

What does automation cost for a recruitment agency?

That depends on the number of integrations and their complexity. An API integration costs roughly €1,500 to €15,000; a first working integration usually sits at the lower end of that range. We work with a fixed project price, so you know where you stand up front.

Do we need to switch ATS first?

No. We build around your current ATS; switching is rarely necessary. But if you are about to move or set up a new ATS anyway, that is actually a good moment to design the integrations and automated flows into it right away.

Do you also work for staffing and secondment agencies?

Yes. The fragmentation there is the same — often with time tracking and payroll as extra links in the chain. We include those in the integrations and in the dashboard too.
