How we calculate.
The calculation is deliberately simple and verifiable: hours per year = frequency × duration × 52 weeks × number of employees. Cost per year = hours × labour cost per hour. The net saving in year one subtracts the one-off investment and twelve months of running costs; the payback period divides the investment by the net monthly saving.
The result is an indication, not a quote. Not counted: fewer errors, faster turnaround, and the fact that the work still gets done when things are busy.

Is this result a quote?
No. The calculator works through your own assumptions and gives direction. For a real price we make a proposal with a fixed project price, based on your systems and the intended behaviour of the integration or automation.
Which hourly labour cost should I enter?
The full employer cost per hour, not the gross salary: pay plus employer contributions, divided by productive hours. For many office roles in SMEs, €35 to €55 per hour is a reasonable range; enter what fits your team.
What falls outside this calculation?
Quality gains: fewer typing errors, faster responses to clients and reports that are always up to date. Those effects are real but hard to quantify up front, so we deliberately leave them out of the sum. The result is therefore cautious rather than optimistic.
